Medivon offers a return/replacement scheme under which customers may request an exchange, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement:

• Product received is damaged or defective

• Size issues, where applicable

Important Notes:

• Product-to-product replacement is not permitted.
  (Example: If you receive Product A, you cannot request Product B as a replacement.)

• The return/replacement policy mentioned on the individual product page will prevail over this general policy.

• Pick-up or replacement cannot be scheduled from a different address than the delivery address.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Policy

Certain products are categorized as non-returnable and non-refundable due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. Customers are advised to carefully review product details before purchasing.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once such products are delivered.

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@medivon.in.

Exceptions (Subject to Mandatory Proof)

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

1. Wrong Product Delivered

• A complete unboxing video clearly showing the incorrect product is mandatory.

2. Lost Product in Transit

• If the package is delivered empty, tampered with, or items are missing, a full unboxing video is required.

3. Defective or Damaged Product

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Conditions for Exceptions:

• Only replacement of the same product will be provided (subject to stock availability).

• Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received by Medivon in the condition specified under the return/replacement policy.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after product verification and approval.

If Medivon is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be issued to the original source of payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

• Customers may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

• In case of cancellation initiated by Medivon due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

• Medivon reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
