- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All labels, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided
Products that show signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or missing components may not qualify.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:
